Andy joined McClarrons’ Farm Team in 2020, moving from another insurance brokerage. Andy’s career in insurance started in 1987, when he started working for his father’s brokerage. Andy went on to go to University in Hull before returning to the agricultural insurance industry, in which he’s worked ever since! Born and bred in Scarborough, Andy now lives in Harrogate, where he’s spent the last 20 years looking after 250 farming clients. Andy’s impressive experience in the industry puts him in a great position to offer our farming clients specialist advice on all their insurance needs.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys catching up with friends, treating his daughter to a Sunday roast dinner and following most forms of motorsport – particularly Ferrari in Formula 1.
