Chloe joined McClarrons towards the end of 2021 as a Claims Advisor. Having previously worked as a Holiday Designer in the travel industry, curating holidays and itineraries to her clients’ specific requirements, Chloe’s experience in customer service and her organisation serve her well within our Claims Team; here, Chloe works to obtain the most fair and efficient settlement possible for clients by liaising with loss adjusters and third parties, and negotiating with insurers to ensure policyholders obtain a fair outcome.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys competing her horses at Affiliated level, spending time with her family and friends and in the countryside.
