Emma joined us in 2023 as Human Resources Officer, having started her HR career working for a dairy farm management company following a move to East Yorkshire to be nearer to family. Prior to working in HR, Emma created vehicle and aftersales finance campaigns for a large vehicle manufacturer.
Emma’s favourite element of her role is interacting with people on a daily basis, and the wide scope of opportunities and projects she can get involved in to make a difference and ensure the personal growth and development of members within the McClarrons team.
Outside of work, Emma leads a very busy family life juggling 3 children and making time for her love of crossfit and functional strength training, which she competes in.
