Kate joined us in early 2023 as Compliance Manager having recently worked in Compliance, Financial Crime & Conduct Risk in a consumer credit business. Within McClarrons, Kate looks to enhance our governance risk and compliance approach through creating and cultivating strong relationships within the company and overseeing all elements of our compliance monitoring programme.
Kate enjoys the fact that her own personal values match that of the company and enjoys working within a company culture that marries with her approach to her work, as well as being able to contribute to a higher purpose.
