Mike joined McClarrons in early 2019 as a Claims Advisor, helping our Claims Management Team to assist our clients in their time of need. Having worked in a number of customer-facing roles in various sectors, Mike has developed an array of expertise that allow him to empathise and support our clients through the often complex process of making a claim, such as strong communication and management skills.
Mike has lived in Scarborough most of his life and in his spare time is a semi-professional performer, regularly performing in amateur dramatic productions. Mike also owns his own entertainment company, enjoys playing pool for his local team and watching football.
