Sally joined the McClarrons Farm Team in early 2026 as a Business Development Executive. Sally brings a wealth of experience from her work across rural organisations and charities. Prior to joining McClarrons, Sally spent many years supporting farming communities through her roles at the Yorkshire Rural Support Network and subsequently with RABI, where she dedicated 18 years to helping farming families navigate challenges and build resilience In her role as Business Development Executive, Sally focuses on connecting with rural businesses, understanding their unique concerns, and helping them access expert advice and tailored insurance solutions through McClarrons’ specialist Farm Team.
Outside of work, Sally’s life centres around her family and her active involvement in her local community.
