Scarlet joined McClarrons in the autumn of 2024, spending 18 months as a Claims Advisor, where she supported clients in their time of need by efficiently progressing their claims, reviewing policy coverage, gathering vital details, and negotiating directly with insurers. Now as a Client Advisor, she brings that valuable claims experience to her current role.
Prior to McClarrons, Scarlet experienced working in numerous roles, many of which were in the equine world; she spent a decade working in the horse racing sector, which took her around the world before she returned to Malton where she took on a role in race travelling for a local trainer.
After many years in the same industry, Scarlet was ready for a change and was drawn to McClarrons. Her meticulous nature, team-focus, and passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues align closely with our core values and ways of working.
Away from work, Scarlet still enjoys riding horses, as well as relaxing with her little dog, Mouse.
