Executive Chairman Sean McClarron became a partner in the business before taking it over from his father Roy, and forming the company in 1994.
With 30 years’ experience in the industry, Sean works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to help direct the business, maintain the company’s core values and assists in maintaining insurer relations. However, Sean also still carries his original account executive role for a number of the business’s longstanding agricultural clients, an industry that remains close to his heart.
Most importantly, as the business grows, Sean continuously reminds and inspires all of the team in maintaining the highest possible service levels to achieve ‘service without compromise’. Sean’s goal is to continue to develop bespoke products in niche sectors where McClarrons has the knowledge and expertise to stand apart from competitors and provide clients with the best advice, widest possible cover and top quality service.
