Farm Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Farm Account Executive to help develop and maintain our Farm account. Experience in the insurance and/or rural industry is required, with a keen interest in further developing specialist knowledge in required areas.

How did you get to where you are now?

“I started at McClarrons carrying out administrative work, filing and answering phones. After some time working as a Personal Lines Account Handler , I became a Commercial Account Handler before then taking on the role of Assistant Team Leader. After 3.5 years in this position, I was promoted to Commercial Team Leader where I enjoy managing a large team, helping them develop as individuals and to aid the growth of McClarrons as a whole.”

How did you get to where you are now?

“I found out about McClarrons at a careers fair at Lady Lumley’s School and after hearing about the job, applied in December. By January, I had started at McClarrons along with another new starter. Having joined the fun (and hardworking) Farm Team, I started my training in the company systems, processes and products. I now deal with farming and equine clients on a daily basis, ensuring they have the protection they need and answering any queries they have.”
