Tom Frame - McClarrons

Here are some of the words our team had to say about Tom and why he was deserving of 2022’s Roy McClarron Award: “Tom […] epitomises our values in everything he does and is […] totally committed to client service delivery and to the support of his colleagues”.

Never Rest:

Tom simply does not quit. When faced with a challenge both internally and with clients, Tom is determined to find the best solution and influence decisions that are of the highest value to clients.

Embrace Change:

In the 4 ½ years that Tom has been a part of McClarrons, he has been part of great change. Tom constantly looks for ways to improve practices [for clients] and when colleagues raise an issue or an area where improvement is advised, Tom looks to tackling the problem with a solution that will benefit all.

One Team:

“I don’t think I have ever heard Tom say he is too busy”.

Tom allocates a great deal of time to new starters and developing teams where he continues to have an invested interest in their success.

Be Dependable:

The insurance industry is full of difficult situations and constant challenges; Tom’s calm and collected attitude makes him very approachable and he is a highly dependable member of the team.

A word from Tom: “Thanks to everyone in the company but especially those I work with in the Commercial Team. We all have shared values and everyone in the team works extremely hard, which makes my job a lot easier so thanks a lot to those guys.”

Well done Tom, we look forward to seeing who follows in your footsteps in 2023!

As always, we wish to show our appreciation to all the staff here at McClarrons who work tirelessly hard to deliver exemplary service to our clients and encompass our Core Values in everything they do; our Core Values are key to ensuring that as we grow, we stand-by our mantra ‘service without compromise’, delivering quality service and advice to clients across our niche sectors and the country.
