At this year’s annual staff briefing, we announced our Roy McClarron Award Winner of 2023, Becky Ward, Client Advisor in our Farm Team!

Becky is an exceptional employee and truly deserving of the award; her dedication, selflessness, and commitment to her colleagues and the organisation shine through in every aspect of her work.

Starting at McClarrons straight out of school and progressing through different roles, Becky has demonstrated her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to personal and professional growth. Her ability to learn and adapt to new challenges throughout her tenure speaks volumes about her resilience and determination.
