New Commercial Team Members - McClarrons

Three New Starters Join Our Commercial Team

As McClarrons continues to grow, we’re thrilled to introduce the latest additions to our Commercial Insurance Team – Kezia, Isabella, and Jeanette – who each bring enthusiasm, experience, and fresh perspectives to the business.

Kezia joins McClarrons as Compact Risks Manager, bringing extensive experience in both insurance and other financial services industries, as well as a passion for leadership and team development.

After completing her degree in Criminology at Sheffield Hallam University, Kezia began her career in the insurance industry, progressing from an admin position to an Account Handler in the renewals department of a personal lines broker. She later moved into the mortgage sector, working her way up to Senior Mortgage Processor and then Team Manager, a role she held for six years.

Kezia said of her appointment: “I am passionate about being a Team Manager and really enjoy supporting my people. I get a great sense of pride from being part of a strong team. I love giving great feedback and celebrating the small wins that boost morale.”

When looking for her next opportunity, Kezia was drawn to McClarrons’ welcoming and people-focused culture: “Through my interview process, everyone I met was friendly and welcoming, and really put me at ease. I got the sense that McClarrons is a place where people genuinely care – a company that feels like a family.”

Kezia is excited to grow her insurance knowledge once again after several years away from the sector and looks forward to making a meaningful impact within her team.

Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her partner, daughter, and two French bulldogs, as well as crafting, calligraphy, and motorsport.

Jeanette joins McClarrons as Commercial Manager, bringing experience in customer service, leadership, and operations. With a career spanning several industries, Jeanette has developed a strong experience in people management and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Most recently, Jeanette held a Team Leader position at an FCA-regulated payment technology company, managing a team of fifteen employees in Customer Operations, where she developed a deep passion for people leadership and service delivery.

Jeanette said of her appointment: “What motivates me most as a people leader is the opportunity to support others in their personal and professional growth. I genuinely enjoy helping individuals realise their potential, build confidence, and thrive in their roles. It’s incredibly rewarding to see others grow and succeed.”

Jeanette was drawn to McClarrons because she felt the Commercial Manager role aligned closely with her skills and values. “What stood out to me was how well McClarrons’ values reflect my own – particularly in how I work, support people, and build relationships. It felt like a natural fit, both professionally and personally.”

Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys spending time at her villa in Spain, relaxing with family and friends. She also loves jigsaws and bingo – where she once won £7,000!

Finally, Isabella joins McClarrons as a Client Advisor, bringing with her valuable experience in customer-facing roles. Before joining, Isabella recently completed a Master’s degree in Music Composition, demonstrating her creativity and dedication to personal development. Alongside her degree, she has worked as an Assistant Bar Manager and as a Sales Associate, where she developed a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating tailored experiences for each client. Now, Isabella embarks on our induction and training programme to gain the knowledge she will need to assist our commercial clients in her advisory role.

Isabella shared of her appointment: “I have always enjoyed meeting a vast array of people and being able to deliver a high level of customer service. McClarrons offers the opportunity to develop my knowledge of the insurance industry and grow and evolve within the company. I see my role as a great first stepping stone in my career, especially a career within insurance.”

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys rowing, cycling, and spending time with friends. She added: “I am delighted to be starting this new career at McClarrons! I look forward to developing my skills, and I hope to become an insightful and valuable member of the Commercial department.”

Julian Hale, Head of Commercial, commented on the new appointments: “We’re delighted to welcome Isabella, Kezia, and Jeanette to the Commercial Team. Each brings a unique combination of skills, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives that will strengthen the department. Isabella has already settled in well within our Compact Risks team and is quick to learn. Both Kezia and Jeanette bring a wealth of managerial experience, which complements our culture. Each of their styles will bolster the structure and further galvanise the growing team. I’m confident they will all make a great impact as they settle into their new roles.”

The Commercial Team at McClarrons specialises in managing insurance solutions for a wide range of businesses, from retail and contracting firms to large commercial operations and corporate clients. Our three new starters Isabella, Kezia, and Jeanette will play an important role in supporting our clients, strengthening relationships, and helping to drive McClarrons’ continued servicing of a vast array of clients in the commercial sector.
