McClarrons invest in young local talent

Through McClarrons’ sustained growth in Malton, and with the extension of a new office in Richmond, we have grown our team by investing in two new team members – Matthew Brown and Alex Ennis.

These two driven new recruits offer additional support to the Malton office. With McClarrons’ ambitious growth plans, recruitment of service-driven individuals is set to continue with the firm recently also employing additional Claims Handlers.

Whilst Alex joins the commercial team from a previous position at The Grand Hotel & Spa in York to facilitate a desired career change, Matt joins having recently completed his Philosophy, Religious Studies and Ethics degree at York St John University. Matthew and Alex are invaluable additions to the team, helping McClarrons sustain its levels of service and insurance advice throughout its growth.

Sean McClarron said of the appointments: “By investing in young, talented individuals, we aim not only to train them with the skills they need to have prosperous careers in the financial service sector, but also to help shape McClarrons. We are a well-established business with traditional values but we also believe that the motivation and ambition of our new team members will help us continue to innovate and develop, to the benefit of our current and future clients.”

We are currently looking to employ additional account handlers in our commercial team at Malton. If you think this could be a career for you, contact our Operations Manager, Susan Lewis, by emailing susan.lewis@mcclarroninsurance.com or by calling 01653 697055.
