Exciting year ahead for McClarrons as we continue to grow

From the very beginning, when McClarrons was formed in 1988, we have always strived to provide our clients with ‘service without compromise’, which has become our mantra and can be seen inscribed on the windows of our Head Office in Malton.

As the company has grown, introducing a number of niche sectors, including Commercial Insurance, Rural Insurance, Care & Social Welfare Insurance and Art & Private Clients Insurance (via McClarrons Affinity), it has required a team built on a dedication to providing service without compromise, as well as living and breathing our company values.

We have recently shared our Core Values and Vision online as we continue on our recruitment drive – you can see these in the video below.

Recently, we have welcomed Steven Richardson into the position of Management & Finance Assistant. Steven will be providing administration and finance support to both the Management & Finance Teams. Steven joins the company with strong finance experience having worked in a finance role for a Care Home previously.

Upon joining the team, Steven commented: “Not only do McClarrons have their Vision & Core Values set out, they believe in them, act on them and promote them in their everyday and long-term goals.”

We have also recently welcomed Malton born-and-bred Adam Magee, who joins the team as Digital Marketing Executive. Adam has a large amount of experience and knowledge in digital marketing and will be supporting McClarrons’ online presence and growth.

Our vision and core values underpin everything we do and, by recruiting people who share the same passion and drive encompassed by the company, we will continue to provide all the benefits of a service-driven, independent, family-run business.

Sean McClarron, Managing Director, comments: “I am very proud of the culture and philosophy we have at McClarrons and, despite the challenges we have all faced throughout the past year, am delighted with how we have worked together, remotely, to support our clients and one another.”
