The Safety Revolution App
Safety Revolution’s app allows you to access, update and manage all your health and safety documentation and records of risks and hazards within one, easily accessible platform. Plus, it’s free.
A paperless solution – the app is more convenient than traditional files and folders. It means finding and updating paperwork, to maintain good health and safety practices and legal compliance, is now easier, quicker and more efficient. It also means things can be done on the go; no more having to wait until you are back at the office to check something or having to lug around paperwork with you, only to organise and file later on.
The system is cloud-based so you can access the app from anywhere that has an internet connection, and be rest assured that all the data you are inputting is backed up securely. But of course, if you prefer the comfort of a hardcopy, then you can easily print any part of the system.

The first level – Essential Safety – is a rolling monthly or annual subscription and can be cancelled at any time. With this package, managers can use the Safety Revolution dashboard on their laptops and computer, while their team members access the system using the app on their phone or tablet. When there are large teams or multiple departments, the software allows you to allocate tasks to specific team members.
Actions are recorded easily and information is shared quickly, making evidence readily available when the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) are conducting a visit or a claim is made. The Safety Revolution app will help businesses prove how their staff are proactively, professionally and legally dealing and complying with health and safety standards.
