Grant Hartley, Head of Rural - McClarrons
Grant joined McClarrons in 2020 as Head of Rural, responsible for leading the team and overall Farm strategy. Grant has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and since moving from Scotland to East Yorkshire in 2007 this has included a range of roles within rural insurance.

Kyle Lomas, Managing Director - HB Underwriting/Rural Protect
With experience working across both commercial and agricultural insurance, Kyle has worked with brokers nationwide and successfully launched new agricultural schemes to market. At HB Underwriting, Kyle focuses on product creation, such as the award-winning management liability policy – Rural Protect, operational strategy, broker support, and managing key insurer relationships.

Steve Tetley, Tax Advisor - rradar
Steve is part of the Business Crime and Regulation team at rradar and is a specialist Tax Advisor. Steve’s career spans over 30 years with most of it within HMRC, before joining rradar in 2021. Steve has experienced almost all forms of tax disputes ranging from investigation settlements and alternative dispute resolution to attendance at tax tribunals and large scale Code of Practice 8 and 9 fraud enquiries.

Victoria Todd, Agricultural Relationship Manager - Oxbury Bank Plc
Victoria grew up on an upland beef and sheep farm in Northumberland, participating in annual lambing seasons. She earned an Ag-Business degree from Harper Adams in 2021, completing a placement year at a large poultry processor. Following graduation, Victoria joined the internal team in September 2021. In the summer of 2024, she progressed to the role of External Relationship Manager and is now based in North Yorkshire, covering the surrounding areas.
