New beginnings: Our exciting move to a new office space in Malton

Last year, we announced the purchase of our new office space in Malton, which you can read about here. Now, after 16 years at our current offices in the Market Place in Malton, the time has come for us to move to our new head office premises on York Road. Here, we explain the reasoning behind the move and what to expect.

This move marks a significant milestone for the business and having been renovating the old BMW showroom on York Road for several months, we are excited to finally be moving premises.

The new office space provides a more dynamic, social and functional space, allowing us to enhance our operations, team and client services. Our decision to remain in Malton reflects our ongoing dedication to the local community and those within it; we are committed to continuing our support of community initiatives, businesses and of course, clients.

Moving to a larger office space has primarily been driven by McClarrons’ continued growth trajectory, with us having outgrown our current premises on Market Place and Finkle Street. Garry Davies, Managing Director, said of the move: “We are really excited about this next chapter, not only for the business but for our team. By fostering a more collaborative and modern work environment, our aim is to continue building a team of dedicated professionals who are driven to support our clients and progress their career. We hope that this move shows our commitment to remaining independent as we reinvest in the business, as well as offering a great work environment for high-quality candidates who share our values.”

As we continue to expand our client base, the new location provides the necessary infrastructure to accommodate an increasing number of team members to help service those clients. Priding ourselves on delivering personalised insurance advice and solutions through excellent client service, McClarrons’ growth naturally demands that the team also develops.

By fostering a more collaborative and modern work environment, we aim to continue building a team of dedicated professionals who are driven to support their clients and progress their careers in financial services. You can find out more about our vacancies here and look forward to seeing many of you at our new premises in the future.
