Despite the challenging times we as a nation are currently facing, at McClarrons we continue to invest in our rural team, recruiting a new Head of Farm – Grant Hartley.
As Head of Farm, Grant will oversee the whole of McClarrons’ Farm Insurance Team, helping us to continue to improve our insurance offering to farmers and rural businesses, as well as looking at how we can maintain our support and involvement within the farming community more broadly.

Grant joins McClarrons from NFU Mutual, where he has worked for over 20 years. His experience within the insurance industry, and the different roles he has had in his time there, put Grant in an excellent position to assist our farming clients, manage our growing team of Account Executives and drive McClarrons forward.
From our recent Farming Seminars held across Yorkshire, focusing on the Future of Farming: Through Brexit and Beyond, to us welcoming Grant to the team, we are dedicated to continuing to serve the ever-evolving farming community around us, whether it be from our Malton, Richmond or Whitby offices or through our remote workers further afield.
