McClarrons welcome new Head of Farm

Despite the challenging times we as a nation are currently facing, at McClarrons we continue to invest in our rural team, recruiting a new Head of Farm – Grant Hartley.

As Head of Farm, Grant will oversee the whole of McClarrons’ Farm Team, helping us to continue to improve our insurance offering to farmers and rural businesses, as well as looking at how we can maintain our support and involvement within the farming community more broadly.

Grant commented: “I’m delighted to be joining McClarrons and excited about becoming part of their dynamic and growing team. McClarrons are both ambitious and innovative, providing customers with service without compromise. I’m looking forward to getting started, developing our strategy and expanding our customer reach across the farming community”.

Grant joins McClarrons from NFU Mutual, where he has worked for over 20 years. His experience within the insurance industry, and the different roles he has had in his time there, put Grant in an excellent position to assist our farming clients, manage our growing team of Account Executives and drive McClarrons forward.
